Hello, Thought I'd leave a good review of the Qatar Airways Phuket Office. I was having trouble with my online check-in while in Patong and went to their local office to see if they could help me out. The minute I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. The staff were all professional, courteous, and very kind. They did far more than their duty to ensure that everything was resolved for me. The thing that really impressed me most was how much knowledge the team had—they broke down my options to me clearly, assisted me in choosing a better seat on my long-haul flight, and even advised me on the transit procedures at Doha. One of the staff members, in fact, even gave me a bottle of water while I was waiting, which was such a kind touch in the Phuket heat! I've traveled with Qatar Airways a few times and always enjoyed a pleasant flight experience, but this office trip truly showed just how reliable their customer service is on the ground too. If you're based in Phuket and want any assistance for your flight, I wouldn't think twice to suggest this office. Excellent staff, excellent service, and stress-free.
